Production Packages

For the Corporate customer, we have created several packages to make it simple for you to budget for your video productions.  Each package includes basic equipment, production time, and post production/editing time. These are not fixed-rate packages. We try to be as flexible as possible with our time within the package.  However,  additional time is sometimes required.  All time above that included (as stated) is billed at $75/hour.  You have the opportunity to economize by advance preparation of your material, rehearsal, and planning.  Common causes for retakes are errors in delivery of the script, outside noises, phone calls, last minute change of shooting location.  It saves you money to plan your shoot!

Package 1: The Executive

Our Executive package is perfect for getting your message out visually to clients and employees quickly and effectively.  This is our basic “Talking Head” video package, limited to a single person, single shot.  Typical messages are 5-15 minutes in length, and may contain graphics and PowerPoint slides that can be synchronized later at additional cost.   It is important to know where the slides will be in the script, but they need not be completely ready at the time of the shoot.  

Many offices are adequate for this type of video, but care must be taken to insure minimal outside noise, and few if any interruptions during shooting.  Plan for us to take 25 minutes to set up, and 15 minutes to break down.  

The Executive Package: $295  
Includes:
1 hour travel, 1 hour shoot, 1 hour post

1 hour post production (basic start and end editing)
1 DV tape
1 VHS tape

Well prepared presentations require very little editing! Rehearsal saves you money!

Package 2: The President

For high profile executives communicating with clients, board members, and other highly important audiences.  We build on our basic Talking Head package with several additional features designed to make you look your best.  We add a Teleprompter for effective script delivery while maintaining all-important eye contact.  Our professional makeup artist will insure your image on video reflects your true professionalism.  Video can be unforgiving.  Most executives (men included!) benefit tremendously from our makeup service.  

We’ve added on additional hour of shooting time to allow for retakes, fine tuning of your message, and a more relaxed shoot.  You may elect to use that time for a somewhat longer script, however  we recommend a maximum of 30 minutes to allow for retakes.

The President: $595  
Includes:
1 hour travel,  2 hour shoot, 2 hour post
Basic Equipment Package
Teleprompter  (script must be prepared in plain text file in advance and emailed to us)
Makeup Artist – 15-20 minutes
2 hour video shooting time (usually adequate for a 15 minute prepared script, setup, breakdown)

8 hour compositing time (Digital Set Composite)
1 DV tape
1 VHS tape
Finished piece on tape (compression for internet use extra)
